How to Reset Xbox Series X|S
Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your console until it turns off.
Step 2: Unplug the power cord from the back of your console and wait for ten seconds.
Step 3: Plug the power cord back into your console.
Step 4: Press the power button on your console to turn it on.
How to Reset Xbox One
Step 1: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller.
Step 2: Select Restart Console and then confirm.
Step 3: If you cannot access the menu, hold down the power button on your console until it turns off.
Step 4: Unplug the power cord from the back of your console and wait for ten seconds.
