How to Transfer Files From the Oculus Quest 2 to Windows 10 & 11

However, sometimes you may want to transfer files from your Oculus Quest 2 to your Windows 10 or 11 PC. Method 1: Using the Oculus Link Cable
The Oculus Link Cable is the officially recommended cable to connect your Oculus Quest 2 to a PC. It allows you to play PC VR games on your headset and also enables you to transfer files from Quest 2 to Windows 10 and 11. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Connect the Oculus Link Cable to your Quest 2 and your PC. You’ll need to make sure that your PC has the Oculus app installed.
Step 2: Put on your Quest 2 headset and accept the “Allow access to data” prompt that appears on the screen.
Step 3: Once you’re inside the Oculus Quest 2 interface, you should see a notification that says “Connected to Oculus Link”. Click the notification to open the Oculus app on your PC.
