1. Restart Your Computer

2. Run the Windows Troubleshooter

Windows 10 comes with various built-in troubleshooters that can help fix common issues with the operating system. To run the RPC troubleshooter, go to the Windows search bar and type “Troubleshoot” and select “Troubleshoot settings.” In the troubleshooter window, select “Additional troubleshooters.” Under the Network section, locate the “RPC Endpoint Mapper” troubleshooter and click on it. Follow the on-screen prompts to run the troubleshooter.

3. Restart the RPC Service

The RPC service may stop running due to various reasons, thereby causing the RPC server error. To check if the RPC service is running correctly, go to the Windows search bar, type “services,” and select “Services.” Locate the “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)” service from the list and right-click it. 5. Check Your Firewall Settings

To check your firewall settings, go to the Windows search bar, type “firewall,” and select “Windows Defender Firewall.” Click on “Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall” and find the “Remote Assistance” and “Remote Desktop” services.
