How to Rotate a Video in Windows Media Player
Windows Media Player is a popular media player that comes pre-installed on most Windows devices. It is a versatile tool that allows users to play and manage various audio and video files. However, if you have ever tried to watch a video that is rotated incorrectly, you might have experienced the frustration of having to watch it sideways or even standing on your head. Fortunately, rotating a video in Windows Media Player is a simple process that can be done with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Open Windows Media Player
The first step to rotating a video in Windows Media Player is to open the application on your Windows device. You can do this by clicking on the Windows Start button and searching for “Windows Media Player” in the search bar.
Step 2: Open the Video You Want to Rotate
Once you have opened Windows Media Player, navigate to the location of the video file you want to rotate. You can do this by clicking on the “File” tab in the top left corner of the screen and selecting “Open” from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+O.
Step 3: Play the Video
Click on the “Play” button or press the spacebar on your keyboard to begin playing the video in Windows Media Player.
Step 4: Rotate the Video
To rotate the video in Windows Media Player, right-click anywhere on the video screen. A drop-down menu will appear that includes a variety of options. Scroll down and click on “Enhancements.”

Step 5: Save the Rotated Video
Finally, save the rotated video by clicking on “File” again and then choosing “Save As.” Enter a name for the new file and choose the destination where you want to save it. Click “Save” to finish the process.
