Facebook is a great way to stay connected with friends near and far. However, sometimes you may not want certain friends to know when you are online. Fortunately, Facebook offers a way to change which friends can see you online. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Log in to Facebook and click on the gear icon in the chat sidebar.

Step 2: Click on “Advanced Settings.”

Step 3: Select “Turn off chat for only some friends” and type the names of the friends you want to block from seeing you online.
