How to Add an Admin to Your Facebook Page
As a business owner or social media manager, you may need to add an admin to your Facebook Page to help you manage and grow your online presence. Adding a new admin to your Facebook page is an easy process that can be completed in just a few simple steps. In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding an admin to your Facebook page.
Step 1: Go to your Facebook Page
To start, go to your Facebook page as an admin. You can do this by logging into your Facebook account and navigating to your Facebook Page.
Step 2: Access “Settings”
On the top-right corner of the page, you will see a button labeled “Settings”. Click on that button.
Step 3: Find the “Page Roles” section
Once you are on the “Settings” page, find and click on the “Page Roles” tab. This will take you to a page where you can add new admins or manage existing ones.
Step 4: Add a new admin
In the “Page Roles” section, you will see a box labeled “Assign a New Page Role”. Type in the name or email address of the person you want to add as an admin. Then, select the appropriate level of access for that person. You can choose to give them full admin access, editor access, moderator access, advertiser access, or analyst access.
Step 5: Confirm and save
Once you have selected the person and their level of access, click on the “Add” button. Facebook will then send an invitation to that person to become an admin of your Facebook page. After they accept the invitation, they will have full access to your Facebook Page.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a new admin to your Facebook Page.
A few things to keep in mind:
– When adding a new admin, make sure you trust them with the access you are giving them. Admins have the power to make changes to your page, create and delete posts, and edit your page’s settings.
– You can also remove an admin from your Facebook page at any time by going back to the “Page Roles” section and clicking on the “Edit” button next to their name.
– Only add people as admins who are reliable and trustworthy, and who will help you manage your page effectively. When adding an admin to your Facebook page, you should have a clear plan for how they will help you manage your page, what kind of content they will create, and how often they will post.
